Ryan Stiles, Whose Line Is It Anyway?
Before going to Dublin, I bought myself a camera, but I received it at home while I was away, and unpacked it once the trip over.
No, I ain’t rich, it’s not a new one. It’s a 1972 pre-owned Canon AE-1, old school. A good SLR to play with, and not expensive.
Why ? Well I’ve never owned a camera before the Olympus I got now. And I’ve always wanted a old SLR, and I want to (re)learn the basics. I’m lazy and even if I can shoot in manual with my actual digital camera, I usually shoot in semi-automatic. So with this Canon AE-1, I’ll have no choice but be careful with the pictures I take and how I take them. And well, it’ll make my shots (digital or not) better

I don’t have any photo to show you right now, cuz it’s still a bit cold outside and the weather’s shitty but they’ll come… one day.

The next oldish camera I’ll buy has to be a LOMO, but they’re expensive and rare cuz they’re so in vogue.. so yeah, gonna wait lol.

si jamais t’as l’occasion de testé un lomo lca ou une canonet GL, c’est vraiment sympa
have fun l’argentique c’est marrant, si t’as quelques roro a investir en plus, développe toi meme en noir et blanc c’est bien old school et c’est plus économique

@Miho : ouai j’ai maté un peu le développement N&B moi-même, j’testerai un de ces 4, là vais d’abord faire des essais avec un vrai développement. Parce que tu m’crois, tu m’crois pas, j’ai jamais testé de l’argentique, j’ai attaqué direct au numérique. J’suis une fille des technologies comme tu peux voir
