Look at what I bought on impulse. New boots. They’re just like my regular boots, but with a crazy green racing stripe. You never know what crazy thing I’m gonna do next!
Leela, Futurama.
When you finish your studies, everybody’s like “so chonchon, what’s next ?” . Here’s the answer, again, for those who still don’t remember it…

I’m not a student anymore, and probably won’t be in the future. It was fun and awesome to be a student (you got loads of advantages when you’re a student ladidon !), but my career as a celebrity has to move on. I need to go to the next level and conquer the world. And the first step of that is to look for a job! Amazing, isn’t it? ^^
1. graphic design
When I grow up, I wanna be a graphic designer. But let’s face it, I’m a grown up, so it’s time to be that graphic designer I’ve amost always wanted to be. So I’m looking for a job in a web agency, or a enterprise that works in the beautiful world of communication. Something like that would be perfect.
But maybe you’re still wondering what the hell a graphic design does. Can do lot of things actually. You need a logo, a design for your website, a poster, an ad, a photomontage, or something that just requires creative skills in visual communication, graphic designer is here for you.
And that’s what I want to do for a living.
2. UK calling
Things might not go as I want them to but my objective is to find a job in the UK.
The reason is simple : The british way of life got me. After a year and a half there, I got to say that I really liked the people and the country itself. Furthermore, I want to speak english, cuz I still got one or two things to learn lol.
It would be great if I could find a job in the south of England, cuz I’ve already seen the North. Or maybe Ireland or Scotland !
I thought of the USA . It’s the country I really, really, really want to visit. But it’s kind of difficult to enter the country, I need some work experience first I think. Plus, as a good frenchie, I’m attached to my vacation and it ain’t the country I’ll have some if I work there.
And well, it’s easier to live in England because it’s next to France. So if, all of a sudden, I wanna come back for a week or so, I jump in a plane and in 2 hours I’m in France. If I’m in the USA, might be more problematic and also more expensive.
That doesn’t mean I delete the USA from my mind! But I’ll see later and will only go for the holidays for now.
And who knows ? I might get a huge flat in the centre of Manhattan one day, where you could all come to visit, and I’ll even pay your plane ticket cuz I’ll be so rich thanks to the company I would have created ! Ah… California Dreamin’…
3. so what about France chonch’ ?
Well… France is awesome. But after 22 years living in this country, I wouldn’t mind trying another one. Of course I have family & friends here, but they don’t speak english over here! damn you France!! lol
And I still got this little voice in my head (one of them actually ^^ ) singing London Calling all the time. And you can’t really say “no” to The Clash !
So I’m also looking for a job in France, but a temporary one. So that I can save some money before leaving.
That’s my plan. Awesome, I know ^^ . Now, I have to update my portfolio and send letters, CV, mails and everything. And also get organized… but that’s gonna take two or three lives lol.
.cuz i live by the river
